There is one social institution that does get a prize for being right about the future: our pensions and endowment as public trusts for social purposes.

They have an intergenerational duty to be good stewards for this generation and the next, both equally.

Getting it right means they are doing their job, and being good stewards.

For readers -- our primary audience in the first phase of Bank of Nature comprises pension funds that have the fiduciary and stewardship duties to pay for climate security -- but don't yet. Tim is the genius financial philosopher behind our finance strategy and he's correct. But being right and being obligated to act a different way by new law, new options are two different things. He and I will discuss. :-)
